About Us
TRENDS is committed to providing accurate and efficient transportation data collection expertise to support our clients on their dynamic transportation engineering projects throughout the state of Florida. Our managers have been trusted to serve in this role on more than 1000 transportation projects and the state-of-the-art equipment and software necessary for the quick turnaround of accurate traffic data collection needs. More than 20 years of technical experience and project management expertise have contributed toward the successful and timely completion of many challenging projects.
Tania Santangelo: Business Manager with over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience and several years of hands-on transportation data collection experience in the field.
Glenn Davis: Project Manager with over 16 years of experience manageing hundreds of large-scale data collection efforts for FDOT, cities, counties, and MPOs, as well as private development studies. These include managing annual data collection programs and single projects that require quick response and turnaround. He has proven experience with most technologies used in the field and proven success putting these to use for his clients, including video cameras, automatic traffic recorders, radar traffic counters, Bluetooth readers, big data, and artificial intelligence.

Port Tampa Bay
TRENDS performed 4-hour turning movement counts at 10 intersections for 4 consecutive days, while also collecting 24-hour volume counts at 14 locations for the same 4-day span.
RSW Airport
TRENDS performed 12-hour turning movement counts at 13 intersections throughout the airport infrastucture, while also collecting 48-hour volume counts at 9 locations around the rental car and parking facility.
Port Manatee
Drone video-based study that focused on documenting the time it took for each vehicle to park, check-in at Port office, and then clear the Port gate security check, as well as the longest length of the queue during the peak hour.
